Argentinian Roast Chicken with Roasted Wings

Ingredients

- ●4-6 slices Argentinian chorizo
- ●2 roasted red peppers
- ●3 cloves garlic
- ●2 tbsp olive oil
- ●1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

Rinse the chicken and pat it dry with paper towels.

Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and chopped parsley.

Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
