Creamy Australian Chicken Bowl
A flavorful Italian-inspired dish featuring roasted chicken, creamy sauce, and a hint of Australian spices.

- β4 boneless, skinless breasts chicken breastfresh or frozen, thawed
- β2 large, sliced roasted red pepperscanned or fresh
- β1 cup creamy saucestore-bought or homemade
- β1 cup, chopped basilfresh or frozen
- β1 cup, cooked pastabow-tie or penne
- β2 cloves, minced garlicfresh or jarred
- β2 tbsp olive oilfor roasting

In a small bowl, mix together the Australian-inspired spice blend, salt, and black pepper.

Rub the spice blend mixture all over the chicken breasts, making sure to coat them evenly.

Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.

While the chicken is roasting, cook the pasta according to the package instructions.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the sliced roasted red peppers and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until they start to soften.
