Crispy Beef Larb Wrap
A twist on traditional Indian street food, this crispy beef larb wrap combines the flavors of Thailand with the spices of India.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Larb Beefground beef mixed with Thai spices
- β1 cup Crispy Onionsthinly sliced onions fried until crispy
- β4 Roasted Cumin Wraproasted cumin flavored wrap
- β1 cup Raitayogurt and cucumber sauce
- β1/4 cup Chopped Cilantrofor garnish
- β2 Sliced Green Chiliesfor garnish
- β2 tsp Roasted Cumin Powderfor seasoning
- β1 tsp Garam Masalafor seasoning
- βto taste Saltfor seasoning
- β2 tbsp Cooking Oilfor frying

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

Add the crispy onions and cook until crispy, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the larb beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.

Add the roasted cumin powder, garam masala, and salt, and stir to combine.

Warm the wraps by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

Assemble the wraps by spooning the beef mixture onto the bottom half of the wrap, followed by a dollop of raita, some chopped cilantro, and a few slices of green chili.

Fold the bottom half of the wrap up over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll the wrap up tightly.
