Tunisian Hash Browns
A crispy and flavorful breakfast dish made with roasted potatoes and Tunisian spices.

- β2 large Roasted potatoespreferably day-old
- β1 cup Crispy onionsstore-bought or homemade
- β2 tsp Tunisian spice mixavailable at most Middle Eastern markets
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper
- β1 Eggbeaten
- β1 tsp Hash browns seasoningoptional

1. Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

2. Dice the roasted potatoes into small cubes.

3. In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, crispy onions, Tunisian spice mix, salt, and pepper.

5. Add the beaten egg and mix until the potatoes are evenly coated.

6. Transfer the potato mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
