Ethiopian Berbere Stew
A flavorful and spicy Ethiopian-inspired stew made with berbere spice blend and served with roasted cabbage.

- β2 cups stewvegetable or beef broth

Instructions

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add 1 onion, chopped, and cook until softened, 5 minutes.

Add 2 cloves of garlic, minced, and cook for 1 minute.

Add 2 cups of stew and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
