American Frittata
A classic American breakfast dish made with eggs, a great way to use up leftover ingredients.
Ingredients

- ●1 cup shredded cheddar cheeseDense, sharp cheese
- ●1/2 cup diced hamAmerican-style ham
- ●1/4 cup chopped fresh parsleyFresh and fragrant

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium heat.

Add the diced ham and cook until lightly browned, about 3-4 minutes.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, shredded cheese, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Pour the egg mixture over the cooked ham in the skillet.

Cook the eggs for about 2-3 minutes, until the edges start to set.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the frittata is golden brown.

Remove the skillet from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
