Eton Mess Trifle
A classic British dessert made with layers of sweet strawberries, creamy whipped cream, and crunchy meringue pieces. Perfect for warm weather and outdoor gatherings.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 cups Eton mess
- β2 cups Fresh strawberries
- β1 cup Whipped cream
- β1 cup Meringue pieces
- β2 tablespoons Sherry or Grand Marnier
- β2 tablespoons Granulated sugar

1. In a large bowl, combine the Eton mess and strawberries.

2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

3. Fold the whipped cream into the Eton mess mixture until well combined.

4. Spoon a layer of the mixture into individual serving glasses or a large serving dish.

5. Drizzle a tablespoon of sherry or Grand Marnier over the top of each layer.

6. Repeat the layers two more times, ending with a layer of meringue pieces on top.

7. Dust the top of the trifle with granulated sugar.

8. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
