Shawarma-Style Beef Kebabs with Ethiopian Spice
A flavorful and spicy take on traditional shawarma, with the added warmth of Ethiopian berbere spice. Perfect for a quick and delicious dinner.

- β2 tbsp Ethiopian berbere spiceor to taste
- β2 tbsp olive oilfor brushing skewers
- β1 red onionthinly sliced
- β2 tbsp almond butterfor sauce
- β2 cloves roasted garlicminced
- β2 tbsp lemon juicefreshly squeezed

In a large bowl, whisk together berbere spice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add sliced beef and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Thread marinated beef onto skewers.
