British Sausage Yorkshire Pudding
A classic British comfort food dish featuring sausages and a crispy Yorkshire pudding.
Ingredients

- β1 cup All-purpose flourself-raising flour
- β2 Eggsroom temperature
- β1 cup Milk
- β1 tsp Salt
- β1 tsp Black pepper
- β2 tbsp Vegetable oil

Preheat oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C).

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.

Heat oil in a 12-cup muffin tin over medium heat.

Pour the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 1/2 full.

Place the muffin tin in the oven and cook for 20-25 minutes, or until the puddings are golden brown.

While the puddings are cooking, cook the sausages in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
