Petit Pois Tagine

- β1 Roasted Red Pepper
- β2 tbsp Pistachio Oil
- β1 tsp Ginger
- β1 tsp Cumin
- β1 tsp Coriander
- β1/2 tsp Turmeric
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper
- βchopped (for garnish) Fresh Parsley

Instructions

Heat the pistachio oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Add the ginger, cumin, coriander, and turmeric. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Add the petit pois and roasted red pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
