American Turkey Bake
A classic American-inspired turkey bake with a nutty twist. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Ground Turkey
- β1 cup Roasted Vegetables
- β2 large Mashed Potatoes
- β1 cup Nutty Bread Crumbs
- β1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
- β4 slices Baconoptional
- β2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium-high heat until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.

Add the roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, and nutty bread crumbs to the skillet. Stir to combine.

Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.

If using bacon, sprinkle it on top of the mixture.

Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the top.

Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
