Zucchini Pasta with Oozy Sauce
A quick and easy summer pasta dish featuring roasted zucchini, pasta, and a creamy oozy sauce.
Ingredients

- β2 medium Zucchiniroasted
- β1/2 cup Oozy saucestore-bought or homemade
Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta according to package instructions.

While the pasta cooks, slice the roasted zucchini into thin strips.

In a large skillet, combine the sliced zucchini and 1/4 cup of the oozy sauce. Heat over medium heat until the sauce is bubbly and the zucchini is well coated.

Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the skillet with the zucchini and oozy sauce. Toss everything together until the pasta is well coated.
