Saucy Roasted Chicken with Peppers

- ●2 yellow bell pepper
- ●1 medium onion
- ●3 cloves garlic
- ●2 tablespoons olive oil
- ●2 teaspoons Saudian ground spice mix

- ●1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Season the chicken with salt, black pepper, and Saudian ground spice mix.
