Ethiopian Smoked Cheese Fritters

- β2/3 cup, chopped roasted dulet
- β1 cup all-purpose flour
- β2 eggs
- β2 tbsp butter
- β1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Preheat oil in a deep frying pan to 350Β°F (180Β°C).

In a bowl, mix together shredded cheese, chopped dulet, flour, eggs, and butter until well combined.

Using a spoon, drop small portions of the mixture into the hot oil, about 1 tablespoon each.

Fry the fritters for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy.
