Pasta Primavera with Roasted Vegetables

- ●8 oz, cooked al dente Farfalle Pasta
- ●2 cups, chopped Roasted Vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, cherry tomatoes)
- ●2 tbsp Olive Oil
- ●1 clove, minced Garlic
- ●1/4 cup, chopped Fresh Basil
- ●to taste Salt and Pepper

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Toss the cubed bread with olive oil, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet and roast for 5-7 minutes.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
