Tunisian Chicken Skewers with Roasted Tomato Salsa

- ●10-12 Skewerssoak in water for 30 minutes
- ●2 large Roasted Tomatocored and chopped
- ●1 medium Red Onionchopped
- ●1 Jalapeño Pepperseeded and chopped
- ●1/4 cup Cilantrochopped
- ●2 tablespoons Lime Juicefreshly squeezed

In a large bowl, whisk together lime juice, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
