Nikkei Beef Lomo Saltado
A Peruvian-inspired stir-fry dish combining beef strips with crispy onions and robust flavors.

- β1 cup Peruvian Crispy OnionsStore-bought or homemade
- β2 tablespoons Robust Soy SauceOr regular soy sauce
- β1/2 teaspoon SaltTo taste
- β1/4 teaspoon Black PepperTo taste
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- β1 cup OnionThinly sliced
- β1 cup Red Bell PepperThinly sliced
- β3 cloves GarlicMinced

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
