Portuguese Beef Cutlet Stir Fry
A hearty and flavorful stir fry made with thinly cut beef cutlets, robust herbs, and a hint of portuguese spices.
Ingredients
- β500g beef cutletsThinly sliced
- β2 tsp portuguese seasoningsDried oregano and thyme
- β2 tbsp robust herbsChopped rosemary and thyme
- β1 medium onionSliced
- β3 cloves garlicMinced
- β2 tbsp olive oilFor frying
- βto taste salt and pepperSeasoning
- β1 cup fry mixPortuguese-style stir-fry mix
Instructions

Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the beef cutlets and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked through.

Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tbsp of olive oil.

Add the sliced onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.

Stir in the portuguese seasonings, robust herbs, and fry mix.

Return the beef cutlets to the skillet and stir to coat with the herb mixture.
