Pan-Seared Gyoza with Robust Cheese Sauce
A Japanese-inspired dish featuring crispy pan-seared gyoza served with a rich and creamy Robust cheese sauce.
Ingredients
- β1 package Gyoza
- β1/2 cup, shredded Robust cheese
- β1/4 cup, grated Grana Padano cheeseadds a salty finish
- β2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- β1 clove, minced Garlic
- β1/4 cup, chopped Green onionsfor garnish
Instructions

Preheat a pan over medium-high heat.

Add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and cook the gyoza until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side.

Remove the gyoza from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 clove of minced garlic.

Scrape the bottom of the pan to release any browned bits.

Add 1/2 cup of Robust cheese to the pan and stir until melted.

Add 1/4 cup of grated Grana Padano cheese to the pan and stir until well combined.

Return the gyoza to the pan and toss with the cheese sauce until coated.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
