Grilled Portuguese Chicken Skewers

- β2 tablespoons portuguese seasoningavailable at most grocery stores or online
- β1/4 cup olive oilfor brushing skewers
- β1 juicy orangejuiced
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1 teaspoon robust red pepper flakesoptional, for some heat
- β1/4 cup fresh parsleychopped, for garnish
- β1 teaspoon saltto taste
- β1/2 teaspoon black pepperto taste

In a large bowl, whisk together portuguese seasoning, olive oil, juicy orange juice, garlic, and robust red pepper flakes (if using).
