Roasted Australian Artichokes with Robust Rub

- β2 jerusalem artichokes
- β2 tbsp roast
- β1 tsp nutty
- β1 tsp garlic powder
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper
- β2 tbsp olive oil

Rinse the artichokes under cold water, and pat them dry.

In a small bowl, mix the robust rub ingredients.
