Robust Australian Stew
A hearty, flavorful stew originating from Australia, made with tender chunks of beef, robust spices, and a hint of sweetness from the papelon.
Ingredients

- ●1 medium Papeloncut into 2-inch pieces
- ●1 large Onionchopped
- ●3 cloves Garlicminced
- ●1 cup Stew
- ●1/2 tsp Robust pepper
- ●1 tsp Salt
- ●1 tsp Peppercornswhole

1. Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

2. Sear the beef until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.

3. Remove the beef from the pot and set aside.

4. Add more oil if necessary and sauté the onion until softened.

5. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

6. Add the papelon, stew, robust pepper, salt, and peppercorns.
