Ingredients

- ●2 large Raw beetspeeled and chopped
- ●2 medium Dutch carrotspeeled and chopped
- ●1 tsp Beetroot powderoptional
- ●1 tsp Cuminground
- ●1 tsp Corianderground
- ●1/2 tsp Turmericground
- ●1 tsp Salt
- ●1/2 tsp Black pepper

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a large Dutch oven or heavy pot, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium-high heat.

Add the beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the chopped beets, carrots, cumin, coriander, turmeric, salt, and pepper.

Stir to combine, then add the beetroot powder (if using).
