Robust Okonomiyaki Burger
A twist on traditional okonomiyaki, this burger combines the flavors of Japan with the richness of a beef patty. The robust flavors are balanced by the freshness of rocket and the crunch of roasted ingredients.

- β2 tablespoons Robust Okonomiyaki Saucemake your own or use store-bought
- β1/4 cup Roasted Onionthinly sliced
- β1/4 cup Japanese Cucumberthinly sliced
- β1/4 cup Rocket Greensfresh and chopped
- β1 tablespoon Roasted Sesame Seedsfor garnish
- β1 tablespoon Okonomiyaki Flourfor dusting
- β1 tablespoon Unsalted Butterfor grilling
