Greek Lamb Skewers
A classic Greek recipe featuring tender lamb skewers, perfect for a quick and flavorful meal.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Lambcut into 1-inch cubes
- β1/4 cup Greek yogurtfor marinating
- β2 tablespoons Olive oilfor brushing skewers
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- βto taste Saltadjust to taste
- βto taste Pepperadjust to taste
- β1/4 cup Spring onionsthinly sliced
- β1/4 cup Fresh parsleychopped
- β1/4 cup Robust red winefor serving (optional)
