Slovakian Lamb Kebabs
Classic Slovakian-inspired lamb kebabs, marinated in a flavorful blend of spices and herbs. Serve with a side of warm pita bread and a dollop of sour cream.
Ingredients
- β500g Lamb shouldercut into 1-inch cubes
- β2 tablespoons Olive oilfor brushing kebabs
- β4 cloves Garlicminced
- β1/4 cup Fresh parsleychopped
- β1/4 cup Fresh dillchopped
- β1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- β4-6 Pita breadfor serving

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, parsley, dill, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.

Add lamb cubes to the marinade and toss to coat.

Thread lamb cubes onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.

Brush kebabs with remaining marinade.

Grill kebabs for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, or until lamb reaches an internal temperature of 145Β°F (63Β°C).
