Rocky River Fish Fry
A crispy fried fish dish inspired by Indian cuisine, served with a side of spicy hash.
Ingredients

- β2 cups Rocky Road Hashcrispy
- β2 tbsp River American Mustardfor marinade
- β1 cup American Rice Flourfor coating
- β Vegetable Oilfor frying

Cut fish into 4 equal pieces and set aside.

Heat 1 inch of vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat.

In a shallow dish, mix together River American Mustard and a pinch of salt.

Dip each fish piece into the mustard mixture, coating both sides evenly.

Dredge the coated fish pieces in American Rice Flour, shaking off excess.

Fry the fish pieces in batches until golden brown and cooked through.
