Creamy Dutch Pasta
A rich and indulgent pasta dish with a Dutch twist, featuring a creamy sauce and al dente pasta.
Ingredients
- β8 oz (225g) Pasta
- β2 tbsp (30g) Butter
- β1 cup (240g) Mascarpone Cheese
- β1/2 cup (120ml) Heavy Cream
- β1 tsp (5g) Dried Thyme
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper
- β1/4 cup (30g) Parmesan Cheese

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.

In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the mascarpone cheese and stir until smooth.

Add the heavy cream and stir until heated through.
