- β1/4 cup Fermented soybeans
- β1 teaspoon Syrian sumac
- β1 cup Passion fruit
- β1 cup Fruit (e.g., pineapple, apple)
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- β1 clove Garlic
- β1-inch piece Ginger

Instructions

Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
