Vegan Cassava Flatbread with Roasted Rosy and Chewy

- ●1 cup, sliced rosy
- ●1 cup, sliced chewy
- ●2 tbsp, olive oil egyptian
Instructions

Mix the grated cassava with 1/2 cup water to create a dough.

Knead the dough for 5 minutes until it becomes pliable.

Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and roll out each piece into a thin circle.
