Pan-Seared Skewers with Samphire and Dried Norwegians

Ingredients
- ●1 pound Norwegian skewerscut into 1-inch pieces
- ●1 bunch Samphiretrimmed and chopped
- ●1/2 cup Dried Norwegianschopped
- ●2 tablespoons Olive oil
- ●1 clove Garlicminced
- ●1 slice Lemonjuiced
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chopped garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

Add the chopped samphire and cook for 3-4 minutes or until tender.

Add the Norway skewers to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes or until browned on all sides.

Transfer the skewers to a plate and cover with foil to keep warm.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the skillet.

Add the chopped dried Norwegians and cook for 2-3 minutes or until toasted.
