Thai Ruby Stir Fry
A simple and flavorful stir fry dish made with ruby, radiant, and thai ingredients.

- β1 cup rubysliced
- β2 tablespoons radiantpeeled and chopped
- β1 tablespoon thai prikminced
- β2 tablespoons peanut oilfor frying
- β2 tablespoons nam prik paofor sauce

Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of peanut oil in a pan over medium heat.
