Turkish-Style Bulgur Salad

- β2 tablespoons kisiror plain yogurt
- β1 medium chopped cucumber
- β1 medium chopped red onion
- β1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- β2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
- β2 tablespoons lemon juice
- β1 tablespoon olive oil
