Thai-Style Flatbread Wraps

- β2-3 pieces Turkish Flatbread
- β1/2 cup Thai Peanut Sauce
- β4-6 slices Cucumber Slices
- β4-6 slices Carrot Slices
- β1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro
- β4-6 Lime Wedges
- βto taste Salt
