Classic German Butterkuchen
A traditional German butter cake that's easy to make and perfect for breakfast or brunch. The combination of melted butter and sugar creates a rich, caramel-like flavor.

- β200g Sugar
- β4 Eggs
- β250g Flour
- β1 tsp Salt
- β1 tsp Vanilla

Preheat the oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F).

Butter a 23cm (9-inch) springform pan and dust it with sugar.

Beat the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Beat in the eggs one at a time.

Mix in the flour, salt, and vanilla.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
