Spicy Chicken Stir Fry
Quick and flavorful stir fry made with chicken, five spice, and a hint of saltiness.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- β2 teaspoons Five spice powder
- β2 tablespoons Salty soy sauce
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- β.5 medium, sliced Onion
- β.5 medium, sliced Bell pepper
- β1 cup Salty stir-fry mix

1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, five spice powder, and 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.

2. Add the chicken to the bowl and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 10 minutes.

3. Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

4. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

5. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

6. Add the sliced onion and bell pepper to the skillet and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.

7. Add the stir-fry mix to the skillet and cook according to package instructions.
