Australian Apricot Pancakes
Fluffy pancakes filled with caramelized apricots, perfect for a sweet breakfast treat.
Ingredients

- β1/2 cup sugar
- β1/4 teaspoon salt
- β1 cup milk
- β1/4 cup apricot jam
- β1/2 cup dried apricots
- β2 eggs
- β2 tablespoons butter
