Peruvian Eggplant Stir Fry

- β1 tsp Saltyground black pepper
- β2 tbsp Silksoy sauce
- β1 tsp Peruvianground aji amarillo pepper
- β2 tbsp Stirvegetable oil
- β1 cup Frychopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced eggplant and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until tender.
