Australian Beef Stir Fry

- β2 tbsp salty soy sauce
- β2 medium tender bell peppers
- β1 tsp australian oregano
- β2 tbsp stir-fry oil
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper

Heat 1 tbsp of stir-fry oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the beef strips and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tbsp of stir-fry oil to the skillet.
