Korean Flaxseed Pancakes
A gluten-free, savory pancake made with flaxseed and Korean chili flakes.

- β1 cup Flaxseed Meal
- β1 tsp Salty Korean Chili Flakes
- β1/2 cup Velvety Vegan Yogurt
- β2 tbsp Indulgent Coconut Oil
- β1 tsp Egg Replacer
- β1 cup Stir Fry Vegetable Mix

Instructions

Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

In a large bowl, mix together flaxseed meal, Korean chili flakes, and egg replacer.

Add vegan yogurt and stir until smooth.

Add coconut oil and stir fry vegetable mix. Mix well.

Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup, scoop the batter into the pan.

Cook for 2-3 minutes, until bubbles form on the surface.
