Beef Stew Russian Style
A hearty beef stew with a rich, velvety sauce, inspired by traditional Russian cuisine.
Ingredients

- β2 cups stewbeef broth or stock
- βto taste saltykosher salt or to preference
- β2 tablespoons velvetyall-purpose flour or cornstarch
- β1 teaspoon russiandried thyme or to preference
Instructions

Brown the beef in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Remove the beef from the pot and set it aside.

Add the stew to the pot and bring it to a boil.

Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.

Add the browned beef back to the pot and stir to combine.
