Salty Clam Stir Fry

- β1 can (12 oz) Salty clamsdrained and rinsed
- β2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- β1 cup Onionchopped
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 tsp Zanzibari
- β1 cup Stir fry mixoptional (contains vegetables and seasonings)

Instructions

Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.

Add salty clams and stir fry mix (if using) and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
