Shrimp Tikka Skewers
A flavorful Indian-inspired dish featuring marinated shrimp cooked to perfection on skewers.
Ingredients

- β1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- β2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- β1 teaspoon Garam masala
- β1 teaspoon Cumin
- β1/2 teaspoon Salt
- β1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- β1 cup Red onion
- β1 cup Bell peppers
- β10-12 Wooden skewers

1. In a large bowl, whisk together yogurt, lemon juice, garam masala, cumin, salt, and black pepper.

2. Add the shrimp to the marinade and mix well to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
