Beef and Mushroom Stir Fry
A classic British-inspired stir fry dish loaded with savory beef and creamy mushrooms.
Ingredients
- β1 pound beef stripssirloin or ribeye
- β1 cup mushroomsbutton or cremini
- β2 tablespoons vegetable oilfor stir-frying
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1 teaspoon gingergrated
- β2 tablespoons soy saucefor flavor
- β1 cup mushroom gravystore-bought or homemade

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the beef and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until browned.

Remove the beef from the wok and set aside.

Add the remaining oil, garlic, and ginger to the wok.

Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
