Crispy Lamb Koftas
A classic Turkish-inspired dish featuring crispy lamb koftas, perfect for a quick dinner.
Ingredients

- β3 cloves GarlicMinced
- β1/2 cup BreadcrumbsPanko breadcrumbs work well

Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

In a large bowl, mix together the ground lamb, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and black pepper.

Using your hands, shape the mixture into small koftas, about 1 1/2 inches in diameter.

Brush the koftas with a little bit of oil to prevent sticking.

Place the koftas on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through.

While the koftas are cooking, mix together the chopped parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice.
