Tandoori Chicken Wings
A popular Indian-inspired dish featuring marinated chicken wings grilled to perfection. Spicy, savory, and utterly delicious.

- β2 pounds Chicken WingsDrumsticks and flats
- β2 tablespoons Tandoori MasalaStore-bought or homemade
- β1 cup Yogurt Plain, unflavored
- β2 inches GingerFresh, grated
- β2 cloves GarlicMinced
- β2 tablespoons Lemon JuiceFreshly squeezed
- β1 teaspoon Garam MasalaGround
- β1/2 teaspoon Cayenne PepperOptional, adjust to taste

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a large bowl, whisk together yogurt, ginger, garlic, lemon juice, garam masala, and cayenne pepper (if using).

Add the chicken wings to the marinade and mix until coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Remove the chicken from the marinade, letting any excess liquid drip off.

Grill the chicken wings for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and slightly charred.

Brush the tandoori masala onto the chicken wings during the last 5 minutes of grilling.
