Crunchy German Stir-Fry
A simple and flavorful German-inspired stir-fry with a crunchy twist.
Ingredients

- β1/2 cup Crunchy chopped onions
- β1/2 cup German-style sauerkraut
- β2 tablespoons Maple syrup
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oilfor stir-frying

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the savory stir-fry mix and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until tender.

Add the crunchy chopped onions and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Add the German-style sauerkraut and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until heated through.

In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup and 1 tablespoon of water.
