Filipino Sirloin Steak Rolls
A unique fusion of Filipino and steakhouse flavors, these rolls are perfect for a special occasion or dinner party.
Ingredients
- β1 (6 oz) steak Sirloin Steak
- β4-6 wrappers Filipino Spring Rolls Wrappers
- β1 cup Pineapple Salsa
- β1/2 cup Mango Chutney
- β2 tbsp Savory Soy Sauce
- β1 tbsp Lime Juice
- βto taste Black Pepper
- βfor frying Vegetable Oil

1. Preheat a non-stick skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.

2. Season the sirloin steak with black pepper.

3. Cook the steak for 3-4 minutes per side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.

4. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing it into thin strips.

5. In a small bowl, mix together the savory soy sauce and lime juice.

6. Brush the mixture onto the sliced steak.

7. Heat about 1-2 inches of vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat.

8. Once the oil is hot, add a few of the spring roll wrappers to the oil and fry until they are crispy and golden brown.

9. Remove the fried wrappers from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

10. To assemble the rolls, place a few slices of the steak onto a fried wrapper, followed by a spoonful of pineapple salsa and mango chutney.

11. Fold the bottom half of the wrapper up over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll the wrapper up tightly.
