French Salmon Terrine
A classic French terrine recipe made with salmon and savory flavors. Perfect for a special occasion dinner.

- ●500g Pork bellyUnsmoked
- ●2 medium OnionChopped
- ●2 sprigs Fresh thymeFresh
- ●4 Bay leavesFresh

- ●60g ButterUnsalted

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Season the pork belly with salt and black pepper.

In a large pan, sear the pork belly until browned on all sides.

In a separate pan, sauté the onion until softened.

Add the chopped thyme and bay leaves to the pan and cook for 1 minute.

In a large terrine dish, layer the pork belly, salmon fillets, and onion mixture.

Drizzle the butter over the top and cover with foil.
