Crispy Duck Stir Fry
A savory and light Chinese dish made with crispy duck and stir-fried vegetables.
Ingredients
- β1 Duck breastFresh duck breast
- β2 tbsp Vegetable oilFor frying
- β2 cloves GarlicMinced
- β1-inch piece GingerSliced
- β1 Bell pepperSliced
- β1 OnionSliced
- β100g Snow peasFresh
- β2 tbsp Soy sauceOptional
- β Salt and pepperTo taste

1. Cut the duck breast into thin slices and season with salt and pepper.

2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

3. Add the duck slices and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until crispy and cooked through.

4. Remove the duck from the wok and set aside.

5. In the same wok, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.

6. Add the minced garlic and sliced ginger and stir-fry for 1 minute.

7. Add the sliced bell pepper and onion and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until tender.

8. Add the snow peas and stir-fry for 1 minute, until tender.

9. Return the cooked duck to the wok and stir in the soy sauce (if using).

10. Serve the duck and vegetables hot, garnished with chopped green onions if desired.
